High Tide Coastal Maine

Update By Joe Joyce Tuesday November 4th-
I witnessed this event first hand at 3 pm that day. I work at Mcseagulls restraunt in boothbay harbor located near the head of the harbor. the event was unlike anything else I have ever seen! The water rushed out of the harbor in a matter of minuets. the power o the surge in the middle of the harbor was compariable to white water rapids during the spring thaw.

Long Range Forecasting Model

Our Storm system which brought heavy snow for NY & PA, and a combo of wind and Rain here is on the way out. This time of year we need as much sun as possible. The clouds will will continue to clear tonight with lighter winds, morning lows bottom out near or below a freezing. After a frosty start we will begin to transition into an amazing pattern of weather! Seriously. Read more

This map from my favorite website (after NECN.Com :) ) shows a snowstorm very close to New England Tuesday.

The forecast for a powerful storm tracking south to north Tuesday is critical to who gets snow.
