This week’s Weather Word segment focused on using the word “ennui” in a creative weather-related sentence – and we had LOTS of great entries! In the end, our panel of judges chose Terry O’Neill as the winner!

There was plenty of ground to make up in Matt’s Weekly Weather Word contest today, with a winner to announce from last week, and a new word this week!
The challenge is the same as it always is: to use this weeks word, winnow, in a weather-related sentence, and remember…the more creative the sentence, the more our panel of judges will love it!
So send your entries, along with author’s name, address and phone number (for shipping purposes ONLY) via email to weatherword@necn.com. The judges will review all of the entries at the end of the week, and our winner will be announced Friday morning on NECN at 6:51!
